Training: Therapeutic Parenting: The basics
Foster parents are increasing faced with challenging behavior from children
who have experienced abuse and/or neglect. Often traditional parenting
approaches and techniques do not work and can make the situation worse.
Come learn the reasons behind the behavior and how to help the children in
your care.
Comorbidity is common with children who have attachment disturbances.
During the presentation we will be sure to include the other diagnoses that
children with attachment disorder commonly receive.
