Curtis Anderson, MSW – Mosaic Program Manager
Mr. Anderson oversees the skills-based services to children and families as a highly-experienced direct care provider of wraparound services for children. In his current role, he develops and supervises a team of skill development specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes based on the the development models of PAYA, Nurturing Parenting, and Seeking safety. Using the wraparound delivery model, Mr. Anderson is responsible for proper role modeling and acute, high-quality support, allowing children to remain in the least restrictive environment possible.
Mr. Anderson comes to the Mosaic team with more than 10 years of experience developing skill-based services and wraparound support services which have been highly influential in keeping children out of higher levels of care. Prior, he worked as an Investigator with Child Protective Services for several years. His is passionate about improving the quality of life in children and families and his goals are aimed to impact communities in a positive way. He received a BA in Communications in 2003 and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work in 20011; both from New Mexico Highlands University.
